Lapwing Court Apartments is a new retirement living development, offering 54 rented extra care flats and a wealth of facilities for residents and the wider community. Designed to be suitable for over 55s with a homely feel the Lapwing Apartments will be a real community for those living there.

To offer support for the less mobile residents, CS Acrovyn HRW-6 Timber Handrails were installed throughout the communal areas of the building. CS’ Timber Handrail was chosen for it’s non-institutional aesthetic and high quality finish, fitting in nicely with the hotel like contemporary design of the circulation spaces.
