Thermoforming is a specialist technique where just the right heat is applied to the product to allow a pliable forming to occur, usually around a guide mold, to ensure the radius angles are accurate. Once cooled, the product retains its new shape, ready for installation. The thermoforming products in the CS range include the Acrovyn® VA (Various Angle) Corner Guards and Door Frame Protection. The unique monolithic design ensures a seamless finish for clean aesthetics and perform functionality.
